EstateX is the world's first company to tokenize real estate assets on the blockchain. We are a real estate fund that will function as a decentralized platform for real estate transactions. EstateX is a collectibles game that runs on the blockchain. Collectable digital items are the next frontier for blockchain games and applications. We at EstateX believe the creation of a fully fledged digital collectibles market is the logical next step for blockchain gaming, and the digital collectibles market is ready for this advance. EstateX sets out to accomplish three goals. The vision for EstateX is to provide a platform for people to buy and sell non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the blockchain. What is a non-fungible token? A non-fungible token (NFT) is a unique token, with unique attributes. In other words, each NFT is different from the other. NFTs are similar to virtual cards (also known as crypto-collectables) and are often used as in-game assets. NFTs could also be used to represent unique digital content, such as art pieces, music tracks, etc.

Why the $ESX Token?

The EstateX token is an NFT (non-fungible token), which means each token is unique. The tokens are created by the EstateX team and available for purchase exclusively through the EstateX platform. By purchasing EstateX tokens, users receive access to collectible virtual items. We do not anticipate that there will be a future secondary market to trade EstateX tokens. The EstateX tokens do not give owners any rights or claims to such things as dividends or ownership of the company. The EstateX Network (ESX) token is a utility token which is used to interact with the EstateX Network. The EstateX Token is the fuel for the EstateX blockchain. It is used for two primary purposes: to incentivize the community members to continue to grow the EstateX Network by holding ESX tokens, and to use ESX to purchase services from the EstateX Network.

EstateX is the first crypto-collectible NFT (non-fungible token) that is backed by real estate. The EstateX token (ESX) will be used as the medium of exchange within the EstateX ecosystem. The EstateX NFT is created on the blockchain and can be transferred to other wallets. Each token is linked to a specific piece of real estate which means that users can buy and sell these tokens on the marketplace. The EstateX network (the "network") is a decentralized virtual property exchange that allows real-world virtual property to be traded on a public blockchain. The network uses an NFT, or non-fungible token, to track all virtual property on the blockchain. Our unique token, $ESX, will be used to power the network, allowing our users to interact with it.
